Women of Color in Investments (WOCII) was founded in 2015 to address the growing needs of senior women of color across the investment industry. Our objectives are is to strengthen and expand our networks, facilitate access to industry knowledge and opportunities, and serve as trusted resources to one another.
Through a dynamic mix of formal and informal events, WOCII fosters connection, amplifies visibility, and empowers women of color to thrive, lead, and shape the future of the investment industry.
